Inflation bladders for containment flow control, pipe maintenance
FLOWPLUG interchangeable inflation bladders are made from a pliable, spark and chemical-resistant polymer material and fitted with a low-pressure preset vent valve to prevent over-inflation. The bladders host 2-in. quick connect aluminum transfer pipes and removable ball valves to regulate water flow through the unit. Weighing 25 lb fully assembled, the compact plug is 18 in. long without attachments. It can be assembled and deployed in under 60 sec to make pipe control applications fast, easy and simple for one-worker operation. FLOWPLUGS come in common known storm drain pipe sizes: 12-15, 18 to 24, 30 to 36 and 42 to 48 in. A complete set includes all bladders, both single and dual port hardware, ball valves, strainer, and 90° ell. Storage is in two compact cases. Additional FLOWPLUG information is available free.
